How do I book a photoshoot?
Get in touch to arrange your booking, and we'll get back to you as soon as possible to confirm the booking.
Your booking is only secured after the non-refundable deposit has been paid. See Pricing for more.

What happens before the photoshoot?
We'll give you a call to discuss the details and make sure everything is planned out in detail ahead of time. We want to make sure all your expectations are met so you can get the best photographs possible. We'll discuss any special requests and cater for those where possible.
What can I expect during the photoshoot?
We'll bring our equipment to the venue and capture a good range of photographs. For weddings, events and portraits, we'll use different lenses to capture close-up and wide-angle shots, including both candid and organised photographs - anything you'd like us to do can be discussed beforehand or even on the day!
For weddings - we won't be too invasive on your special day. Everything can be discussed beforehand so we can capture all the photographs you need while you celebrate your wedding.
What happens after the photoshoot?
Your photos will be edited and published for you to view. This process can take up to 4 weeks depending on the scale of the photoshoot and our availability, but we'll aim to deliver your polished photos as soon as possible.
How can I access my photographs?
After your photographs have been edited, they will be published on a password-protected page on our website which will remain accessible for at least 28 days (4 weeks). From there, you can view and download your images.
NOTE: Please download your images within 28 days of receiving the link. After 28 days, the photographs may have been deleted and will not be recoverable.
What if I can't download my photographs?
If you're having trouble downloading your photographs, please get in touch as soon as possible and we'll make sure you can download them all.
How do I pay my deposit or invoice?
Once we've confirmed your booking by email or phone, you will be sent two secure payment links:
- A link to pay your non-refundable deposit which will secure your booking. See Pricing for a full breakdown.
- A link to pay the remaining balance, with a full breakdown of your order.
When do I need to pay?
Your non-refundable deposit should be paid as soon as possible to secure your booking.
The remaining balance must be paid at least 7 days before the photoshoot. See our Terms and Conditions for more information.
